Even though the shop is on the main road, it is very difficult to notice it, especially during night times, mainly due to the very dull shop name board with old back lights. In the morning at least you can notice it easily in the sunlight. I too found this shop only because of Google Maps otherwise it was very difficult to notice this shop. I couriered a document for official purpose to Mumbai and they charged 100 rupees and it got delivered by the second day itself as booking happened in the late evening.

Poor courier service. Courier person didn't even try to reach us either directly or through phone. We are at home. But we got message as we are not in home and the courier got cancelled repeatedly for 2 days. Later i visited the courier office. (They have relocated the office to another place not updated in Google map.) Through some local people I got address and reached the office. The reply they gave from office was really shocking. They said, only the courier service person only know where the parcel is. When I asked his number, they didn't gave and just blabbering. So finally with much arguments they gave the parcel which is just 5 ft away from the person. I behave as if they were doing service. Doesn't even have mindset to work for 2 mins and search the parcel. Worst experience.

After calling customer service, I was told and status was updated to Out for delivery. Ended up waiting at home and cancelling other plans. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Don't use DTDC if you are in a hurry

Better can try some other courier service... No response and their service was worst... To send a courier it took 8 days after registering in DTDC plus service and they charged me 530rs.. the same package when i send through Indian speed post it took exactly 3rd day morning delivery... Hope can find the difference... Even we can track the details better than dtdc in indian postal service...

A direct DTDC courier facility available in Madanandapuram locality with all of product offerings of DTDC. including international delivery service. DTDC also has online tracking facility. This facility also has covers, tapes and sketches that may be required to pack things at the very place.

One of the worst courier services. The medicines I had ordered from a website had arrived 2 days back in the Porur where I reside but even after several calls not delivered. The online status says "Out for delivery" but nothing is happening. Please altogether avoid this courier.
