Particularly in Balasore VRL office, these guys are tampering parcel boxes. I have my first experience with VRL and they stole my items with tearing boxes and just put with all tape. When I asked them they told me about the weight. Two items are missing which is about 200 gms. And my total order weight was 95kgs. And also they told me that 1 kg weight is different from weighing machines. Also they are threatening me what ever you want to do you can do. It was not possible to open that box at their office. So please guys don't trust on VRL service.
