Don't avail any service from the kharadi, Pune branch! They are not capable of handling your shiping requirement. I wasted my money and time by believing them. They don't know the difference between prohibited, restricted items,import requirement of.clinical samples and i had too went through pain of wasting time and money by trusting them. Wont recommend DHL to anyone . Go for better options like UPS and FedEx while dealing with international shipment requirements.

They shared a wrong information about the cost to be paid ... and While payment told me to pay some other amount which was at much Higher side.. When I denied .. the person was trying to convince me to pay that amount.. Please educate your employees on that.

The guys at the desk are awesome, very helpful. Some facts - you don't need to carry a cover if you are doing a courier with them - they say it's on the house. Very helpful and have a good smile on their face to welcome their customers. Kiddos to the team.

They don't accept the American Express credit card because they don't want to accept it that's what they told me. I was sending documents to the US but they are not accepting payment for American Express cards. The stupid reason they give. Not expected from DHL.
