Worst service I experienced from their side they are taking more money then printed on the receipt. They don't have any knowledge of how to talk with customers. They are very rude. On my bill there was a clearly written amount of 120 and they charged me 220 + 20 extra for putting the parcel in my car. All they where not providing me my parcel saying that your parcel is not here until i saw them a online status of the item. Don't use their services for any transportation.

One of the worst if not the worst logistics/transportation service providers in Vadodara region. Hopeless staff and their logic less processes of running the operations. Very lethargic in providing answers, gives vague excuses and answers when you send inquiry about your goods and transit details- very bad customer support from their Ahmedabad team as well. Try to avoid them if you can!

Worst experience i ever had in logistics. I was here for company pickup and they have staff slower then a sloth. And don't even provide loading for a small box. I had injury in spine yet I had to pick it up. Top of that always check how charges are calculated I felt very annoyed.

Worst experience with VRL staff at Makarapura GIDC. Rating shall be ZERO (0), as the system is not allowing to put zero, I am rated it 1 as there is no way to give zero star rating.
