This is the worst courier service experience in my life. I chose this over professional courier and learnt my lesson. This courier charge you 400 rs for a package to Kerala whereas the same is costing 180 rs in professional courier. Still after 5 days the package has not yet been delivered, what are you doing even after charging more than double cost ? Please don't ever approach these guys, you've got other couriers in the market.

These members can be clearly called FRAUD .I had sent a courier to kerala from here with address registered to Indian navy quarters, the queried never reached anywhere and there was a notification while checking online in tracking stated as ADDRESS not correct and Client Contact number not reachable.I had been trying the contact number of ST courier from the day the courier is sent and they had made an address of Indian navy as incorrect.The courier reached back to Mogappair west branch and the person DANIEL who is head of it or own the franchise abused my mother and sister who visited the shop and had treated us so bad which ended up for this review.ST courier is the worst ever customer service provider and I have wasted my money by now.
