Extremely poor service, forces the customer to collect the consignments from their office, even when they’re supposed to provide a door delivery service. Reluctant to even provide door delivery within town limits. Interacts with customers in a rude and completely unprofessional way.

Please do not use DTDC for your courier service . I personally had an extremely bad experience.i would not even give a one star rating for this office it's negative only . I had my parcel sent from tirur and didn't receive it after 1 week which was to be delivered in 3 days . This office in kanhangad doesn't pick up phone calls so I had to go to their office to enquire about the parcel delay . They are completely irresponsible and shameless of the service they provide . You have to give your package to be delivered at your own risk . I suggest people better go for another proper courier service than this .

Very poor service...A courier has been sent from cochin on 13 th July 2021. Today is 4 th August, the courier has not been received yet.. Every day I'm calling to the helpline number and they are telling that they will deliver it today or tomorrow.. Even they are not informing the cause of delay.. Since the courier is some study materials for my child..and the exam will be on next week.. Then what is the use of that courier getting after the exams got over? Worst experience from DTDC.. Better not go for DTDC.. Choose some other ways.. That's my advice to the readers..

Not professional and not responsible. Poor service. They do not deliver and not even pick up phone call. Just updated tracked details saying delivered but shipment not delivered. Even created ticket with dtdc support and not helped. Please do not ship to dtdc kanhangad.

Is there an option to give 0 rating ? No proper delivery(all the time you have to go to their office and collect), no one picks up in the contact number listed here, location on the map is wrong. Better choose other courier services.
