Krunal Patel was an excellent support. Only what I did not like is after paying such a big amount for document courier, DHL asks to bring own envelope. We can send this weight of courier for half money by other courier and they give envelope cover too. I had to run to get envelope but shop was closed. krunal Patel was kind enough to help me out.

No proper entrance. Steps broken and it was raining.It was very difficult to get inside and very hazardous. Very Unhygienic.Got soaked and muddy puddles were there . Hop skip and jump into the outlet and it was difficult. Ladies , Children and Senior Citizen are inconvenienced. This is not DHL Standard. An MNC which is so successful needs to have outlets that are absolutely spotless.
