Dont ever book ur parcel with them My parcel is in bbsr from 14th may 21 but still not received in sbp,when bbsr office picks up ur call they are like samblapur office is shutdown it will open after lockdown i dont understand when all others courier offices are open why are they shuting if they are not able to deliver atleast they should open & the people can collect from their office.This is the last time i booked one of my parcel after this wont ever book a parcel with them 🙏

Poor & Pathetic Service. Tracking is not getting updated properly. I have one courier to receive in Sambalpur, It got dispatched on 6th April and it reached BBSR on 15th April - took 9 days. Post reaching Sambalpur 16th April I haven't yet received the parcel yet. There is no customer care to reach out, I tried calling their office in Sambalpur but no one is picking up the call. Finally, I reached to the office and they are mentioning the reason that parcel is in warehouse but it's locked by the owner of the premise due to non payment of the rent since last 6 months. I am advised to wait for another couple of days for issue being sorted.

Worst courier. The person concerned doesn't pick up your call. Very bad behaviour. He speaks of irrelevant things. When other couriers are able to deliver the parcel in time, he speaks nonsense.
