Professional Courier? more like 'Un'professional Courier. Absolutely worst customer experience. It would have been fine if they said they cant do the job, But promising they would fulfill the pickup (false promise), and then ditching at the last moment, left a completely awful impression. Would never recommend.

Very unprofessional and Worst customer experience ever by one guy praveen. He took resposibilty of collecting one item and promised to collect it 4 times. Not only be did the job but have false promises. I would never go to professional couriers again.

Had the worst experience. No responsibilty at all. The person PRAVEEN behaved so worsely. He took the responsibilty of picking the parcel, but didnt came in time and came too late and was in hurry and never called informing that he reached..and when we tried to call him he talked in so cheap language. I maybe not generalize the whole courier company..but the service from cherooty branch typically from PRAVEEN was too too worse.

Actually the given address was wrong but the place was right so i added this as a new location and the person whi is working is having good approach to customers who need to send a parcel or anything . I personally went there and need to send didnt knew that they had office where i need to sent i enqured to he man who was there he politely went and checked in his computer and made call and enquired about the whereabouts about my question and gave a good suggestion about that particular place and i successfully sent the mail. Had a good time there .
