Very bad experience..very slooooooow service.. will never use by myself and definitely don't recommend to my friends and relatives .. package didn't get delivered even after it arrived near to delivery center..they don't pick the call and customer care service.. if you want to check your patience then only try . Best of luck .

Very bad experience and pathetic service. They don't delivery on address. Even don't pickup the call very rudely behaviour by the delivery center owner. Customer care also pathetic they will never help for that only apologise. Coustom care have to take action against the viman nagar franchise. They change 500/- for my parcel and didn't give delivery. After 1 week we personally take delivery from his franchise. Plz.. don't use thi courier service there r many courier service have excellent service.. we have to boycott this DTDC service... Humble request plzz... Don't use this service waste of money and time.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

So far The parcel has not been delivered to me but online tracking portal shows that parcel has been delivered to some Prem Das Rathod. There is no one named person at my end. My organization parcel came by dtdc. But Package sent back mentioning Wrong address even if address is correct. And courier left undelivered. Work franchise of vimannagar. Even for 2nd package when tracked down to courier boy for delivery he ask to come to his location to pick the parcel. Is This your concept of home delivery. Pathetic experience, don't book dtdc services. Go for any other even local courier service is more reliable than DTDC now. Wished to give 0 stars.

My product reached that office in morning and they were coming for delivery so i have visited and after visiting also they denied telling we do have other work whenever we want we will deliver just go from here.
