They updated the status as Delivered without delivering the parcel. T04420011 is the tracking id. This is very unprofessional from DTDC. What is the point of charging full amount for delivery and expecting customers to pick up from the office. Who takes the responsibility of Parcels updated as delivered without actually delivering it.

I sent a trolley bag by DTDC, laitumkhrah branch and the bag weight was 2.205 kg. The staff has written gms instead of kg and she strongly claimed that this is the correct way to write. Pathetic!!
