Worst service, they pick up parcels which are not in their delivery range and update status as consignment redirected.. Least bothered to call the customer to inform or redirect it to the concerned branch delivering it.. Don’t service if you can’t cater properly..

They don't have a landline, they have a mobile which don't have charging, they can't deliver a product to 2 km radius even after two days, everytime I have to go to them and collect, Thier delivery boy mobile will be switched off. Great people great service, because of them I don't want to use DTDC anymore. My area postman delivers faster than them.
