Worst courier service ever. So much for calling themselves PROFESSIONAL Couriers where they prove to be the exact opposite, and this is specifically for this Branch. No customer care number provided online, got a contact through the main cc number for this particular branch, but never got a revert for the countless number of times I called. I had to go to the office myself and enquire about my parcel and had to wait a long time to get it.

The person who is incharge of this place is not responding properly , very unprofessional .The package has been received in the delivery station few days back, still the delivery has not been attempted. When we called the delivery station,the person told us to collect the parcel on our own otherwise it will take 2-3 days to deliver the parcel. Worst courier service in Shillong. Please dont prefer professional courier if you are planning to send anything to shillong.
