If you visit there, he will not talk you properly No parking space at all here. If you wish to send docket, he will not guide you properly about charges, time taken etc. Bad experience

The worst courier service ever experienced.... Better to go and deliver on your own rather than trusting such courier services..... They just make fool of people by saying lies to their customers.... Phones are either not reachable, or they don't pick up and if after calling n number of times they pick up they just hung up by saying they are busy... The addresses mentioned are also wrong... So u even if u go for pick up your self u will waste ur precious time for sure... Better to pay some other courier service extra rather than trusting them Think 100 times before sending courier from this service...

The place is situated in a very shabby locality. Also the office place is too small and no place for sitting for the customers. The approach of the staff is also not to the mark. Often deliveries are late and door deliveries not given to places outside AKOLA. Overall not a good experience, and there is a scope for improvement. But one thing we, as a customer need to understand that overall ALL THE COURIER SERVICES are THE SAME in terms of service. For me, I have chosen to use India post for most of my couriers.

Professional courier is big brand but located in very small office, service part is also getting poorer AS taking long time for delivery especially in Mumbai sub urban areas and charges are also getting higher, staff is good and talk decently but the incharge does not interact well with customers and talk in a way which is hurting to almost all.
