Anyways Professional Couriers have 2.5 *. But they should not have 1 * also. Very pathetic service. My document is booked from Mumbai on 31st may and even after 8 days i haven't received it. Customer service in wakad pune area is so unprofessional, i cant even explain that. If you value your money, time and documents, then please avoid Professional Couriers. there are many better services available. But avoid Professional Couriers
