I have sent a parcel which was my husband's birthday gift. I sent it 7 days prior so that it will reach on time. Courier person committed me that they will deliver it within 4 days. It's 5th day completed but I am not getting any updates of my parcel. No one is helping. It's sad and disappointing that a private firm in this highly competitive market, is not serious of there business and not having sence of responsibility towards the customer. Daily 2 to 3 times I am follow up but no one is in position to tell where is my parcel. I suggest everyone to not go for this service. I don't know when my parcel will reach to the destination and in what condition. I wish for the delivery soon.

Pathetic service Totally unprofessional Charges more but stil dont deliver things on time They keep the product in the destined city's office and ask to come and collect from there only. BEWARE OF SUCH COURIER SERVICES!!!

Wrost service provider . If you will ever send a parcel with this courier service then they are not going to deliver it to you at your home .you have to track your parcel and have to collect it from their office and these people don't know how to behave with customers. Really disappointed.
