They charge a lot of extra money, these people are fraud, didn't show price chart just charging more money when compared to actual price on dtdc website, when asked they say we take this money to run our shop as we are a franchise we charge this extra money. These people are very rude, I request DTDC people to end their franchise, their service is worst.

Nice courier service. The staff here is very Cooperative and sophisticated. But the charges for the parcel is some what costly. But the DTDC is a well-known brand in logistic which ensures the customers interest in delivering the parcel on time throughout worldwide. The DTDC also provide the facility to track the parcel with the unique ID provided to the customer.

Very worst service. They charged 250/* for a letter to visakhapatnam. They didn't sent shipment on time. They sent very late. They took 04 days for delivery. I was calling and asking these four days for update. Worst ever experience. They even don't know were my shipment is. I was totally disappointed with the service of this courier facility. Even the customer support team was not at all good. Don't ever send a important document with this courier. They even charging heavily from the people.

The waste courier service I this world till date, these guys are cheaters they will use your money which you paid for shipment and they also take your items and no response , it has been 40 days still no response or my parcel, and the shop owner began to say some stories of my missing courier ..! Don’t take risk guys .. this people are. a bunch of frauds ..!
