The name says professional but they're very unprofessional. They've received my courier and when I called, they said that they don't know the address, when infact I study in a college that's well known to every citizen in our city. But when I provided him with further information and detailed location, he bluffed it off saying that they don't provide service in my area, and mind you, I'm within a 9km range itself. He asked me to come and get it myself or else he'd return it right away. I'd ask the manager to read the Google reviews, because everybody's complaining about the same things, yet they repeat it time and again. The guys at the office should really learn to behave and talk to their costumers properly.
