I went to your courier office (28.11.22 6pm) to send a package containing emergency medicine (it contains neb medicine), but the office manager was reluctant to send the courier. I showed him the package with Bill and he was similarly unprofessional toward customers. This was the second time it had happened to me, so I eventually sent the package to another professional courier centre. I've been watching him for the past three or four years, and the same thing happened in that branch. Kindly ask you to change his actions or the person. Person name don't know, age may 50 to 60 years.

Difficult to locate as it's not in prime area lady staff is an old lady who is very cautious and strict. So you cannot expect a customer to be cared. Packed and sealed was not accepted and packing has to be done in front of them after checking contents of parcel. If sealed you will have to open and show the contents then repack them
