People in the courier office are helpful. But it takes them many days just to deliver one courier from Bangalore to Chennai. More than 3-4 days and finally i went to their office and collected. But online tracking shows out for delivery and when we call the mentioned number delivery boy says he didn't even came to his office to take those to deliver! The mobile number mentioned in the Google maps is not working and always it is switched off.

Worst Service !!! Never choose St courier they are fit for nothing. A parcel within the same city . It takes more than 2 days. Because they are packed with work it seems. The courier office which is barely a kilometre away from the office cannot deliver or update the status of the package.

Name they should change to Slow delivery courier..one of the worst and slow delivery courier service..they won't update online and if you call them every day they will say your courier will deliver today only but today never it will come for them and they will give area manager no and if you call him he will give delivery boy no but he never pick call and if he pick he will ask address and AWB no and he never update you..very very worst and slow delivery.
