Waste service I have ever seen. Parcel was dispatched to kmm 10 days back but they didn't even call me. That courier was very important. When I went there.. they are giving irrelevant and rude answers. And also saying that their service is not extended to our address. I'm kmm local only. If not extended to our address.. they why did they accepted the delivery and courier charges. The kind of looks the manager gives at you will irritate you. The name professional couriers is a misnomer.. they don't even have 1 percent professionalism in their work. Cost also high. As 1 star is the minimum we can give.. I'm giving that. Otherwise I don't even want to give 1 star.

Worst couriers I have ever seen. They are not updating dilivery status since it was reached to courier center. Not doing door delivery. Unprofessional staff have never ever seen. Simply waste. One star also very high. Not responding properly. Rude behaviour by staff.

Worst Courrier service in Khammam so far is professional Courrier..they didn’t update their standards which r helpful to clients …they won’t do door delivery to specific areas where remaining all courier services are ready to do door delivery moreover they will call u once only and if u want to call them Back they won’t answer ur call and after a struggle if we call them, they will say we only call clients once most importantly we will keep parcel in Courrier service only for 3 days after that we won’t hold ur parcel anymore in Courrier office..iam about to explain her I’m in office call Whenever u called me she said it’s ur mistake it’s none of my business she said .. very very disappointed by professional Courrier service
