The service is too bad , no proper response , no reachable contact numbers , As of head office they must have a solution for the issue , but they are tooo lazy to even talk to a person and make the delivery .. A medical report was sent to me at Dindigul from velammal hospital Madurai on02/02/19. Today 04/02/19,morning I received a call from ST courier Oddanchatram that they received the consignment and asked me to collect at Oddanchatram otherwise it will be delivered next day at Dindigul. As the medical report is urgently needed, I arranged to collect at Oddanchatram. I condone the responsibility of ST courier. Experienced worst service.

Today we have been waiting for 4hours for a single parcel of just 2 kg. Having the parcel inhouse but they tried to divert us to someother place and the parcel was not there where they said us to go. Finally with lot of struggle and arguments we got the parcel. Employees who went in for search of parcel should check their eye sight.
