Dont ever use dtdc. Shipment Z13415200 was supposed to get delivered to me, but it was delivered to incorrect recipient in shamshabad.When i asked customer carehow it was handed over to anybody without any verification, he is numb. What kind of worst service is this. Upon posting in facebook, customer care just dropped a mail that they are checking. Then no further updates although many days have been passed.

Visited last week for my friends mother medicine parcel to guntur. First of all there is no envelope cover available here and asked to get a envelope cover from stationary shop. Here the prices for parcels are high. But the delivery is good as they delivered next day at address given by me.

If having 0 star i will give that only ... In my life i not seen any public service persons like this without any responsibility. All dtdc services i seen is very friendly with responsible character, but here just opposite everything. From their office to my room only 2 minutes walking that also they can't deliver they won't call also and simply saying the number is out of service. Sending the parcel back to the origin ... If you can't do proper service why you guys are doing parcel delivery services. The worst horrible service partners the shamshabad dtdc team.

Worst service on this earth. They never call you for delivery never they deliver. They just keep updating fake status of parcel like receiver not available, receiver refused delivery. Even they don't have any contact number so that we can contact them. I would say never book your parcel with dtdc.

Double prices. Not recommended. We courier about twice every week and nowhere in Hyderabad have we seen prices as high as in Shamshabad. I spoke to the store guy and he was polite and said he’ll can give discount on the package but not reduce it. I think they are collecting prices for half a KG even if it weights 100gms. Until I get a response - I’m sticking to it
