Worst services, their blue services is just for the name sake. They promise delivery of the parcel within 48 hours in blue services but delivery happens exceeding 48 hours. If anyone wanted to waste their money then only go for DTDC. Zero rating

Poor Service. It has been 9 days since I booked the parcel from the originating center. It seems they had sent the parcel via a rikshaw driver who called me and asked for the address. He said the parcel would be delivered the next day. After his call, I receive a message from DTDC saying that the address is incorrect or incomplete. I have been providing the same address for all my e-commerce website purchase/ delivery. Never have I ever had a call from delivery executive nor have I had any trouble receiving deliveries prior to this. I registered a complaint on DTDC customer care number. Complaint#8180941. There has been no redressal yet. The customer care is pathetic and no one seems to be responsible. I will never book another parcel via DTDC. Had there been an option for zero stars, I would have gone with that option.

DTDC is getting worst day by day. They have many reasons to make customer FOOL. I want to give minus/negative rating due to their consistency in late delivery. Strongly not recommend to use DTDC.

Worst ever delivery service I've encountered till now. My parcel reached ahmedabad apex on 23rd Oct 2022 and since then it keeps showing in transit from ahmd to sanand, and today is 26th. Sanand is hardly 25kms from ahmd and they show no update in their tracking after 23rd Oct. Pathetic, utterly useless and definitely not a recommended courier service when you want to send or receive anything urgent and important. They held up your parcels and won't even answer the calls, none of the branches, not only ahmedabad. I feel like literally complaining against this service legally in some forum so that they get some warning.

DTDC Ahmedabad is the worst currier facility in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar area. It should be declered as illigal and banned in Gujarat. It is better to send our parcels bybullock cart instead of DTDC.

Very bad experience with this branch. CRM of this branch is very very poor. it was 5 to 6 days since my parcel was received by them though they were not delivering it and were giving excuses as expected. I personally go there today and have collected the parcel. they don't understand the priority. Even tortoise is faster than their delivery system.
