I am commenting from dharwad, Karnataka. E-com express service is the worst. Very rude delivery guys. My wife ordered something from Flipkart and this delivery guy came with a parcel, since she was at work and is not permitted to use mobile at wor, i could not give him the OTP....i requested him to come in the evening or leave the parcel and call me in the afternoon for the OTP....he Immediately said he'll cancel it and left. He could have given an alternate solution but no. The delivery guy's name is Vinayak working with Ecom Dharwad, Karnataka. Very rude and impolite. I wish Flipkart and other online Vendors do not use the services of this pathetic ECom express.

Poor service!!! Unprofessional. My amazon prepaid parcel came to this place. The guy called me and asked ( begged) me to pick up the parcel because the box was bigger for them to handle. He said, he gets only 16 rupees for delivery, so asked ( request / begged??) me to pick up if i have my own motor bike. If Ecom can't make money, then why should they accept such delivery? Finally, i spent 200 rupees (to and fro) for Auto and brought my parcel back home, spending more than one hour my personal time. Amazon buyers, always check for Amazon delivery. Choose amazon prime. Non prime use delivery service like Ecom. And such service are hopeless. They don't know what customer service means.

Worst service in Dharwad. Useless people. I had ordered medicines it has arrived in Dharwad and after one week of arrival still they have not delivered. Their call centre helpline is pathetic, they disconnect your call or they do not answer the calls. They do not have any way where you can complain. People don't use this ECom Express.
