I go there regularly to send post so my experience is generally about the parcel sending that happens from Window 2 and Window 3. Overall, the parcel sending is very cheap via India post - so 5 star for that. In 90% of the cases the parcel also get delivered. So no issues there. Now, specifically for sending parcels, window 2 has a guy who is the worst person in customer experirnce (he is the guy who has a squint in the eye). He will deliberately delay work and be very unhelpful. He will ask you to get additional documents unnecessarily and well - in general is a bad experience there. I think he doesnt know much about sending parcels and just harrases the customers due to it. Window 3 is the complete opposite - he is a very good guy and very friendly. Also helps to send the courier and in general an amazin experience. Overall, I'd rate it a 3 star since the post needs to remove guys like the one on Window 2 - will try to get names the next time I go there :)

I wish I could give negative rating points to these bunch of unprofessional people. i sent 3 packages from Melbourne to Bhavnagar to be delivered. the postman visits my place in Bhavnagar and said he cant deliver because the packages are big and he doesn't have vehicle. When my family told him that its his responsibility that the package is delivered, he left without any contact details. It has been 3 days since the packages have arrived and we have no idea as to where they are. Tried contacting the contact number available on this page, and nobody answers the call. When enquired with India post, with a call center agent Ruby, asked her to escalate the matter, she advised i should visit the post office personally to take the packages on top of it while discussing my matter with her colleague, while i was on line she had the audacity to immitate me. Absolutely ridiculous services India post and Bhavnagar post office
