i don't want to give even single star. but there is no option. thats'y gave single star. worst customer service and irresponsible staff's. they are very rude. they said that, when they get a free time then only they will deliver the consignment. they try to open the parcel also.they are fraud. dont go with this.

Very very bad courier I got 2nd time bad experience they charging lot but not providing proper service I send the courier 10.01.2020 Salem to port blair they said two days courier will be reach but today 15th still not delivere and I asked to dtdc office they courier will be reach 19th only this is ridicules. The location in the map is wrong. Address mentioned is wrong. They called and informed me that I have to come to their office and collect the package or else they'll return it since my area is not under their service. Asked them why they accepted the package in the source even after they knew that my pincode is out of their area. They said that they are not responsible for the people in the source for not checking the service area. Definitely not a reliable courier service.
