Be careful before dealing with this company. They're the worst company ever!! Failed to deliver a shipment to the location address, same city office, very impolite and dishonest staff, from customer care to supervisor. I called the office and I asked to explain for the reason my delivery and They're very rude and they don't know how to talk with customer and hang-up the phone my face, this is the way to treat your customer?? (if only there is zero to rate this courier company) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & VERY VERY RUDE!

Very bad experience. Very pathetic. I have couriered my stitching machine table from here to Trivandrum. And i got it broken and it can't be repaired, i can never use it again tats how they damaged it. I had once sent from train same machine but they had handled it very well and tat too i had to spent 250rs. Here at professional courier i had spent 1350rs and they gave me a broken item. This stiching machine cost 7800rs, such a bad handling from your side. I couriered from Taliparamba professional courier to Trivandrum. I had written in paper at top of machine tat handle with care then too such a bad handling. I will never ever courier anything from here. Such a wastage of my money. Anyone know is there any possibility to raise complaint against this.

For an outgoing consignment, tracking details very poor. Phone only rings, no one attends it. Mail complaint also not answered. Another incident I was expecting a courier and unfortunately was sent via Professional. Taliparamba (Kannur) Professional courier calls me and asks me to collect it from their office. I ask why don't u come, the person said we don't come. Or give him a nearest address near their office where he can drop. My address is hardly 1 km from their office. These guys can't travel 1 km also.

When tried to asked them, they were just laughing at us that it's not their concern about the quality or safety of the product and their assurance is only on delivering. Not satisfied with service.Delivered the parcel 2nd February 2018 with broken Tile piece. Parcel was just a single roofing tile from thrissur And they tried to see what is inside package. I won't suggest this courier service since they won't handle your products with care.
