They will ask you to pay 2x or 3x or price which they're showing on the oyo website, they won't provide you towels, shampoo, soap, and in my case bedsheets was also not there. Bed was broken, bathroom wasn't clean, the wash basine was clogged. They didn't had water bottles (in case you want to purchase). Room's aren't worth even 300 Rs, but you end up paying around 1,000 Rs. Don't do the same mistake which I did.

Speechless.... Never ever had this experience with booking to rooms .. filthy rooms with sleazy bedsheet and pillow. Disgusting attitude of employees even while requesting for towels employees ignore and kept playing games in the mobile phone. This place should be either close or traine the owner and employee how to behave with guest Dropping down this feedback for people trying to book the place Don't do it worthless place. Never ever coming back Just don't book it

I had worst experience with this. We booked room through OYO. We reached hotel arount 10 pm with my family including small baby also. At that time they are not agree to give room for me they demanding highest price and telling OYO app fake they showing less price in website. We are ready to give room they said. Very EARAGENT and not giving proper response also. We don't have another chance because its almost night so at last we pay the amount what he said because of small baby is not feeling well. Room service also not good . No light bathroom no hangers getting smell in room. Not maintain hygiene. Please don't book room in this hotel and doy waste your money

One of the worst places I had ever left. There is no proper light in the bathroom, no proper water, and the staff are very rude to the customers. When we book a room online and go to the hotel they will say rooms are not available. Please don't book rooms here, u will get affordable rooms in the city areas which has nice customer service.

This hotel or the Inn is perfect for the budget tourists who wouldn't want to spend on rooms much. Compared to other lodges and Inns Shappy Inn is much more cleaner and convenient. Staff here is not much friendly but at time they are good in giving extra time to check out. But not all the time we get that advantage in chennai.

Tiny rooms, tiny bathroom, No table or desk, no chairs, no neatness. Not for families. Heater available, 2 wheeler parking available. Car parking is complicated. Good security. Hence it is a minimum budgeted place, Bike riders can adjust for some circumstances.

Man'O'Man.. i didn't stay because my friend booked for 3 guest & wen visited to checkin, ther was receptionist and he was old person.. i mean really an old person at his late 70s and that person said 3 people are not allowed and my friend told him he booked for 3 and after complaint with oyo and oyo closed saying no show and other young person ther showed he didn't closed and i saw he leaving bad reviews on guest, but i can see why anyone enters will experience it and definitely will leave bad reviews.. hope they improve it. My worst experience man. Wasted my half day ther and didn't get booked refund yet. I will stay away from this place next time. Edit : today 14/01/2020 called oyo about refund rep said they will initiate 1182 rupee but we wasted 289 something. Hope we get that said amount 😂 pongal offer Update : my friend did get the refund. If they allowed that day. I guess nothing much n issue
