I had one of the worst experience today. I had a delivery scheduled through Shree maruthi. Today morning the delivery boy called me and said I need to collect the delivery from the delivery center as they don't cover the delivery to my area. So I drove 10 kms to reach the delivery center, had a lot of trouble finding out the area. The guy sitting there said, delivery is available in my area, it is the delivery guy who is not willing to delivery. I have the delivery guy's number, I have mailed it to the head office, not sure if they are going to take any action. Really pathetic service.
