Worst service , most disgusting staff..no manners to talk or cooperate with clients... They just demand money for every single work... My bill was of Rs. 611 they charged 650 for unloading and extra 50 for keep my bag in my car in 2 feet distance.... Thanks VRL... I hope.. I would not have to take service from youyou again. One of the labour talk like. " Nahi jamta to parcel lo aur jao yaha se " Is this a way to talk with a client. We know VrL u have a big chain.. But i hope you will not forget that you all service providers are becoz clients choose you all. I hope the senior staff take care of the downline . Worst expericence

Very poor service.they charge 400 for 5 parcel from Pune to nagpur and it's take 9 days to get delivery.and problem is they asking for Xerox copy of I'd proff in this covid-19, I told them I give you the mail but they argue with me, staff was very unprofessional they talked with eachother in very abuse language Infront of customers, I'm Also stop traveling with vrl buses. Wrong location is updated, they don't pick up the call, over when you somehow find their location they need a xerox copy of id so you'll need to go again somewhere to get the xerox copy.
