Courier booked on 14th Dec (about 20kms distant location ), even on 20th Dec showing as on transit . If Couriers cannot be delivered , don't they have common sense of returning to the sender. I amnot Happy even to give 1 star for feed back.

They don't deliver, say they couldn't find the location and message you to collect it from their office.. they don't even call the number provided. Could be a local phenomenon, but have seen this happening with TPC quite often
