I went there to enquire about the process to send the parcel. He told me Rs 100/- per kg charge will be applied. On next morning I went there with my parcel, he weighed it and came around 8 kg. Then one lady came into picture, she asked me to come to Patanjali store and she measured my parcel with ruler. She even didn't know how to measure a rectangular shape. She measured diagonally, some mid length and two different height. I asked her to measure my parcel correctly but she argued and talked very rudely. She told me to give 1500/-, after bargaining for 10 mins, she agreed for 1400/-. But that time I have no other option, so I agreed to her and gave 1400/- This is my story with DTDC KARWAR.

DISAPPOINTED!!! Worst Courier services. The customer service is rude plus they do not deliver the courier at home. If I have to travel 12 kms to their office just to pick up the parcel then what's the point of me paying extraa money for the courier service? I have clearly provided the pincode of Sadashivgad.If your courier service is not available in the area then please dont accept it rather than troubling people to travel all the way just to collect the parcel. On top they threaten that if it's not collected within 2 days they will return the package. This is the worst service I have ever recieved. Indian post is way better than DTDC. Atleast they deliver at home and is reliable.

Doesn't deliver at home, asks us to collect the parcel giving excuse that area is not servicable which is just few kms away. Everyone in Karwar should avoid this courier. Lousy and pathetic service.

Worst courier service. I sent courier from bangalore on 10th feb and on 15th it reached karwar and the delivery boy is not ready to deliver it to my home address even if the address is mentioned in the courier.

The dilevery guy does'nt reach out to the customer, if he reaches the destination and they update that the product is not deliverable to the location. Please look for guys who can call on reaching the destination. If asked, he says it was raining so he could not call us when he reached the destination. Delivery guy was very abusive. No respect towards customer.

A courier service outlet in karwar. Services are fast and quick. They deliver on time but prices are relatively higher. They even offer two day delivery to distant locations such as Delhi Kolkata etc at a premium price. Any A4 envelope with few documents inside may cost you 70-100 RS for delivery up to delhi/Mumbai.
