Dtdc has worst ever service in kolkata, I have booked packed from delhi to michelpore, still looking for help from cutomer care after 10 days. I am fed with this service, lot of complaint lodge at customer care, they are careless people.. Always saying today positively it will be delivered. Still status is same.... No delivery Docket no -Z13624606...... Still missing no information, very bad company in sending packet no customer service, no identification about the branch no. Address, phone. Very bad experience, DO not use DTDC FOR YOUR COURIER. 3 RD CLASS EXPERIENCE
