Very poor and I'll behaviour. I live in the heart of the city but still they did not deliver my important package. They charge too high price, but still their service is very bad. Please avoid it.

If a courier service provider doesn't provide door step delivery, it is of no use. You have to collect parcel from their office and the excuse which they give for not providing door step delivery is funny. They only have cycle as a vehicle for delivery so they can't deliver it.

I live in a prominent location of the City, I was expecting a packet. But on contacting them they said they do not deliver in that area. I had to phone them and get my packet collected from their office. Better to avoid.

Very rude staff. While talking patiently over the phone the person on the other side is distracted and is talking to someone else. When asked to pay attention the staff becomes arrogant and does not give information about the package. It has been more than 10 days and no information about our package.
