pathetic experience, unprofessional service- they had committed to deliver my courier on 4th jul from India to Canada but they were not aware of the change of requirement from custom side. They did not bother to stay in touch with the Canada team to ensure that the same gets delivered smoothly. The India counterpart strictly works like government - timebound and they are very rude and blame the customer....Please donn't go through this courier.

The worst service ever by any courier company I have ever used! Complete liars. They do not value the importance of time. It's just the name. Never ever send a courier via DHL. This is the reply thier team gives even after explaining the issue on mail, Twitter and calls. Complete disregard for someone's urgency. I had options but chose DHL coz they promised me a day earlier and charged me double the amount. After that they delayed the parcel purposefully for 4 days. Took total 9 days to reach Kenya. Never use their service.

I am not satisfied with this DHL borivali west office. There is person name sohail ...he dont know how system works . He made us seat for 3 hours to send 2 boxes. In 3 hours he gave us 3 different rates and after sealing the box in the last , he came up once again with new rate. Guys , I am not sure of how other people in this office works but dont go to person name sohail . Even if you go to him , pls make sure to get perfect rate otherwise he will change his own words every 10 to 15 mins. Actually he requires a lot of training . No technical knowledge. Not sure why DHL is recruiting such person on center desk .
