Very lazy staff in Madipakkam South post office. Whenever we go for a closure of a scheme and to reinvest the lady over there is so lethargic. She will always says don’t put date in the closure form and that she will process after 2 days and she has a hell of work to do. Then this isn’t a work???🙄 If they process closure and credit the amount to our SB only then I can open a new scheme and invest. They work in such a lazy manner.

Very worst. New lady has come and not accepting couriers properly. No respect for elders or anyone. Even if it's open they won't accept parcels. The previous old lady was much better and did work perfectly.

Post office in first floor. Mostly only one person in this post office who will take care of stamp sales, account opening, money deposit, and withdrawal. No Aadaar related operations happening. If any network issues happened then they stop all operations. Moderate crowd since this post office is operating less account holders. Most of the shortage of the stock like stamps, passbooks.
