They have a good number of staff available to treat all the services. Service was quick and fast. They immediately made a receipt and did courier the parcel. They also told us approximate days the parcel delivery date. Which was a good thing. They also have proper billing system. The courier was delivered as expected.

We had to send a courier urgently and wanted it to reach the next day at 9 am. He said it is possible. We asked him 2-3 times, we want it to reach at 9 am because then our relatives had to leave for Pune at 9 am. He said Haan, ho jayega. He charged extra for urgent service. The courier didn't reach the next day at 9 am, it didn't even reach the next day. It reached the day after in the evening. On calling him he just said sorry and that's it. Never going here again and also he has spoilt the name of DTDC.

Very bad exerience, especially with mahatmanagar dtdc of Mr.jain. We especially warned him that we want our parcel to reach the site on 9 th of november at 9 am. If its possible then only say yes.... But👍now he is saying it will reach on next day..... Very bad....
