Pathetic service. They botch up delivery of their shipment and take no accountability whatsoever. Countless calls to customer care, visits to their office/hubs, emails, tickets, tweets are all to no avail because DTDC is apathetic. They either do not respond or give cookie cutter answers and even dare to hang up on us when we push for answers. And they definitely do not follow up proactively.

I had worst experience with this courier. I had couriered a parcel on 17th Dec. I was informed that the same will be delivered in 3 days but the courier was delivered on 6th January that too in a very bad condition and the parcel was open. I will never recommend this courier to anyone. Pathetic service. I m posting pics of my parcel here. I will not even give one star to this courier.
