The shopkeeper is great and told me about ongoing discount. He also takes care of social distancing i.e 1 person at a time and gives hand sanitizer as well. Shop is small and can accomodate 1-2 customer at a time, other have to wait outside on road.

Customer service at Shyambazar location office is very good . My dad went there to send a package to me in NewYork and they were very helpful to him. The package was here in 3days. I provided the university address so I could pick it up at work place. Since the Christmas holiday was on they communicated with us and waited till 2nd of Jan for the university to open . And delivered it to me . That was wonderful.
