Irresponsible service. Whole item got damaged. We clearly told the person, that the item is fragile. Handle it gently. They started blaming our packaging. We used all possible foam, newspaper & thermacol to protect the item. Paid 300 rupees for a service identical to ordinary post.

Google Reviews of most courier services in Jodhpur were not good, still I went with DTDC Kasturi Plaza as they had some good reviews, and they did not fail. The courier package was delivered quite fast with point to point tracking and also the package was received intact with no damage. Pricing was very transparent and same as the website. Do go for their service, it's trustable, if others make you doubtful.
