In this era of e commerce companies delivering even the smallest products to home, this service somehow survives by asking the customer to come and pick the parcel from their office. I don't know how they are surviving! Edit: Someone sent a package again! Not just the lack of home delivery, but the way they behave is just unacceptable. It is more like a threat! Terrible experience to be honest.

The Worst Courier Company I have ever seen in my life. Everyone please stay back from this unprofessional company. They dont deliver the package, they just call and say " YOUR PACKAGE IS HERE, IF YOU WANT COME AND PICK UP, OTHERWISE WE WILL RETURN IT" , Is this the way you speak to a customer, oh my god, such a worse experience. They will ask for extra money to deliver the package ( courier charge is already paid by the seller, on top of that they will ask more from the customer to deliver it). The Worst Courier in the Entire Universe. I dont think a courier company can do worse than DTDC. Such arrogant people. please stay away from them.
