My post was redirected to this branch post office. I've received messages about transfer and arrival of my posts at the post office but couldn't be delivered even when I stayed in nearby locality waiting for my posts. It's an exponential failure due to negligence and ignorance on the part of the working staff. Zero patience and negative responses from staff fly to the consumer even when services enlisted are available. It depicts a clear steep low of regard with the established purpose and the distance between idealism & practicality of the situation which blackens the age-old reputation of one of the world's largest postal services. 1 star due to no option to rate unstarred.

Speed post no. EB076305427 IN received at post office on dated 13.6.22 at 10.12 hrs and at 12.14 hrs without any verification,it was simply redirected to malkajgiri post office.I personally visited post office on 14.6.22 to find out the reason for redirect. even after one hour waiting,there was no proper reply from staff. This shows their care less attitude. They would have contacted to my mobile before redirect. This is the vital reason for privatisation as government sector employees (90%) don't work properly. Irresponsible, irregular staff.

At the other side, due to their negligence and the way of customer service, we lose the same respect towards all govt employees like this post office. No proper response to the customer queries. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & IRRESPOSIBLE STAFF. Went to this PO to buy some covers and cards yesterday at 2:00pm. 1 employee said, it is the closing time, if i want any services, have to come before 2:00pm. I felt really ridiculous. Government Post office staff works till 1:30pm only. And again went today at 12:00pm. There was a big queue and i was stand in that queue 35mins. When my turn came, the employee in that seat was rejected to sell the covers. He said, all are available but now we are busy and ask me to come tomorrow. Its seriously utter nonsense and ridiculous. It takes 2 mins to give my covers and take the money still he left the seat and went inside. Really felt very bad about their IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL & MEANINGLESS BEHAVIOUR. Going to complaint to higher authorities on this issue.
