Extremely bad service in Chengalpet. I have received parcels more than 5 times in this courier service and not even once have they made a home delivery without issue. Either they deliver 4-5 days after the parcel reaches Chengalpet or they ask us to come and collect. They are not fit to be on this business at all.

One of the worst service . All the couriers you have to go and collect. Always they say there is no delivery boys .Moreover they'll not inform if the package has received their place until they get someone to deliver. It may take even weeks unless you call. If you call they'll ask you to come. People of such are really making a brand to spoil. My grievance !
