Worst experience ever. I wish I had read other reviews of this hotel before booking it. There should be an option to give zero rating. The owner and staff are extremely rude and they don't recognize oyo bookings. Instead of just leaving oyo they try to coerce and harass customers with oyo bookings to pay extra on reaching hotel after completing online booking via oyo. On top of everything the staff laughed at us on seeing us getting troubled with this new unjust demand of extra cash payment. On complaining the receptionist shamelessly told us he doesn't care about customers opinions as he already has many bad ratings on google from previous customers.

Property is located in Prime location that is Visat Circle. Nature of the Manager is very co operative and friendly. Basically its a budget hotel, so Rooms and beds are small and can be used for a stay of a day or for rest. Bathrooms are in managable condition Be careful for unexpected steps in entrance and in some rooms as well. Lift of the premises (sungrace) is big headache as hotel is located on 7 floor and lift works very slowly. Most of the time only one lift works for all the 7th Floor. Overall Its a good option if you are looking for an option for few hours in budget.

Very dirty rooms with insects and dead cockroaches. No water supply even in flush after 10AM. No proper room cleaning service. Worst hotel ever, Less than Zero star ratings.

The place was good. One odd thing was that the AC was not switched ON unless I went to reception to ask for it. The main switch is with the reception and not in the room ! They don't have a kitchen. But can help you with tea and heating the food.

It was a bad experience during visiting Hotel Alice in this COVID - 19 outbreak. The staff are friendly and co-operative but not wearing masks, not providing hand-sanitizers, not sanitizing rooms properly etc. You have to run behind them to get the all amenities which is not a good thing from my perspective. Location is good and value for money if they will rectify the things.
