Yes postman will tell to come and collect moderate big parcels. Server is down most of the times. Online payment closes at 1:30 pm. Ridiculous.

Worst service. Delivery person will call you and says that it's wrong address, come and get courier your self. Indian gas delivers regularly to same address. And when you go there to collect your courier, they will demand money for important couriers like passport. Worst service.
