Poor service, staffs are arrogant and not responsible. We cannot trust chavalkad brach unlike to other DTDC reliable courier service. My order was send back without attempting to deliver even once. In the same building different courier services are available which are far better reliable than DTDC chavakkad.

Pathetic service, totally unprofessional. First they called me and said that the parcel is not delivering to my home due to covid issues though they were already coming very nearby. Well, even though it was doable, I can understand the situation. But then we agreed upon a place where we can collect the parcel. When we went there, it wasn't even delivered. They never showed a responsibility to inform us at least. Update (1st July, 2021): No change at all. I ordered a chair for parcel paying a delivery charge of ₹500. They called me and informed me that it can't be delivered in a two-wheeler and asked me to collect it from the office. The place is 3 km away and even after paying a standard delivery charge to my place (home), why am I supposed to put an extra effort and pay for taxi to bring the parcel from there? Further, even though I never asked them to change the delivery date, they updated the status as 'Receiver requested delivery on another date - (CIR).' Come on, man. I repeat, please show some responsibility and be professional, guys!!!!

Please do not ever use DTDC chavakkad branch. They are too irresponsible that they never deliver the item at your address rather call you on phone and ask to collect the item in person! In our case we requested to deliver the item at home and chavakkad center send it back it to the destination with out even calling for the second time.

If i could give zero stars i would have given minus stars.. booked consigned in express delivery it reached final dispatching centre that's chavakkad centre but luckily none of these losers called us to know where to deliver and didnt bother to atleast to come near our house to deliver.. the funniest thing is that now they decided to redirect the consignment back to where it came from.. very much thanks for this service.. get ready guys im filing a law suite against this..
