Pretty pathetic. Website experience and CS is a joke. It's a shame that in 2023 these guys can't offer basic customer experience. They work like 100 year old brick and mortar stores and the moment you use website for creating a shipment, you are on your own. With on of the worst Customer support team, good luck in getting your stuff on time !

Went to personally collect package from UK to India. Good service however, if the package is personal, there is an internal DHL Approval required to hand over the package which is quite tircky. Talk. to customer services well in advance before trying to collect personally. Rest, highly recommended.

This is very big and good studio behind DHL EXPRESS office. You can do big shoot here. Accomodation is really good. Big hall, nice equipment facility, guest coordination and facility. We did shoot for DishTV . Lots of other companies doing shoot here. You get very good Maggi here in order.
