The 4 stars are only for being better than other transport companies! Lots of scope for improvement in management of the godown. Most importantly the handling and unloading of cargo needs improvement. The handling is as terrible as the other transporters. Delivery is fast.

One of my worst experience in transport industry one person says go there for booking and other say go on the opposite side for checking the dimensions and so on it took me more the 3 hrs to put my 2 box in transport kindly change the management system in vasai office if this review is valuable to you.

Very bad service ,the parcel was damaged and when I ask them that the package is damaged they told me that it not our fault it's the consignee's fault and top of it the parcel was from banglore to Mumbai they took 1 week to deliver my damaged package very disappoint
