We generally think that sending parcels are expensive because we only look for DTDC or blue dart as courier service. But trust me, TCI is way more economical for door step delivery of Cargo. With best in class tracking of shipment.

Fantastic chared but poor services with no contact or communication facility. Not eligible for even single star. Expected delivery on 28th may but as on today i.e.10th june goods not delivered . My personal experience.

TCI-WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER I REQUEST EVERYONE TO NEVER TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THEM Despite our numerous calls to your customer service and to your branch Manager in Kandivali our issue has not been resolved.We have never been so disgusted with such blatant disregard for a customers problem.We sent a consignment through your courier service on the 13th of April 2018 from Kandivali To Kozhikode ,Kerala. On 24th we got to know the consignment was still in the mumbai hub Our Order worth Rs.1,00,000/- got cancelled because of your incompetence .When we asked you to cancel it and send the consignment back to us , you dispatched it and then billed us for the same since the customer rejected the consignment. We have all the emails sent to you asking you to cancel the consignment. Till date the consignment is still with you and your kandivali branch is asking to pay Rs.9665 for releasing the consignment without our consent

3rd grade service, no experience nothing, if custumer choose courrier service it mean he is in hurry but here we see courrier time exced to double the time they commited hense till now not recieved my material. Guys please aware from these guys. At last pathetic service with lots of attitude in employes. Bcoz of they fasing very gr8 loss in my work
